Civil Legal Needs Study Update — Non-Probability Survey Report

Results of the non-probability component of the Civil Legal Needs Study Update are available.  The Non-Probability Survey Report documents the prevalence and substance of legal problems experienced by members of low-income communities who were not sufficiently represented in the probability sampling because of limitations and barriers that made it difficult to reach them with an address-based survey sampling technique.  Non-Probability Survey target groups included people who were homeless, disabled, victims of domestic violence or sexual assault, immigrants and refugees, youth and young adults and reservation-based Native Americans.
