The Washington State Office of Civil Legal Aid is happy to announce the availability of a funding opportunity through the Pre-Filing Eviction Defense Services (Pre-RTC) Program for the upcoming biennium. The following documents are available for download, review and submission:

  • Submit the completed Request for Proposal, Budget, and all other required documentation to evictiondefense@ocla.wa.gov
  • To be considered, proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM PST on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025.
  • Feel free to direct any questions to evictiondefense@ocla.wa.gov
    • Note: all questions must be received in writing and a written answer will be provided and then posted online.
